Sleeved Almost A Week Ago!

Hi there..

I got sleeved on 7/9 and went home on that wednesday, doing pretty well. I'm not getting a lot of sleep, but how much walking should i be doing noq. I've been up and around my house, even to the grocery store (i didn't drive lol), walking to the mail box.. I want to be as successful as possible in this surgery.. just don't want to be resting on my laurels, per se.

Also, just for the record, this phase 1 diet is super boring. Has anyone tried eating egg drop soup during this time?

I walked every 2 hours for the first couple of days. Then we hit a heat wave here and I walked 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon. I got bored with that and snuck back to the gym (was supposed to wait until a month out). I only do the treadmill for an hour.

The liquid diet does get boring. I did broth with unjury chicken soup flavor, protein jello, sf popscicles, water, crystal light. About a week out I was okayed for yogurt, so I had that as well. I'm on purees now and loving the variety.
