  2. hey all.. I"m in Charleston.. I got sleeved July 9th!!
  3. I had my staples for the incisions on my stomach at the 6 sites that they put the troachars (sp?) in. They removed them one week out. It was a little bit of pain but it was a welcome relief to them pulling on your skin. hope this helps
  4. great topic. I start mushy food today.. I want to make sure that I'm getting enough protein and not carbo loading!
  5. yeah i'm 7 days post op today.. and i'm feeling fine.. walking around, taking car trips.. no more nausea.. EXTREME fullness.. but i'm feeling pretty good.
  6. Hi there.. I got sleeved on 7/9 and went home on that wednesday, doing pretty well. I'm not getting a lot of sleep, but how much walking should i be doing noq. I've been up and around my house, even to the grocery store (i didn't drive lol), walking to the mail box.. I want to be as successful as possible in this surgery.. just don't want to be resting on my laurels, per se. Also, just for the record, this phase 1 diet is super boring. Has anyone tried eating egg drop soup during this time?
  7. i have been drinking some of the muscle of milk.. and i had the sleeve on monday.. i like the unjury pretty well.

  9. i am having the same pains.. but moving around and taking gas-x strips have helped a lot! Hope it helps!
