Just come the night before and stay at a hotel by the airport with a shuttle. You meet the drivers at baggage claim so it should not be an issue. Best of luck on your journey.

I came a day earlier and they let me stay at the hotel no extra charge. Talk to Omar and see what he says .

I arrived the evening before and stayed at the hospital. They woke me up about 6:30 am for pre-op tests and i was in surgery at 10. I stayed 2 more nights, then off to the hotel for 2 nights.
