Incision!

I know it's normal for it to hurt. It's the big incision that they pulled the stomach out of that hurts the most. Any tips on how to make it hurt less. The liquid Tylenol really didn't do anything and I haven't been able to walk coz of how much it hurts when I move. Help!

You can get it in any grocery store. I usually pack up on the 6 pack from walmart and consider one of those my water intake for the day.

Smart water is really good for you! Expensive but good. It's like gatorade (electrolytes) but without everything else you don't need!

Mimismom, I got mine from the nurses at the hospital but I am sure you could find one at any medical supply store, like at a Hospital or Doctor's clinic or even Walgreens/CVS or possibly pharmacy area at Walmart. It helped me so much for the first two weeks! I am now just over three weeks out. My best to you!

This is exactly what I'm dealing with. Mine is on the right side and is the only thing that hurts. I got sent home with liquid vicodin which didn't touch the pain and ended up going to e.r. and got a shot of morphine and toradol. Worked for about an hour then back to the pain. E.r. doc sent me home with liquid percocet and it doesn't touch the pain either. So I have just been suffering. I will try the heating pad since I saw that helped some people. Hope we get through this soon!

Iv been using a pillow to hold in my tummy it really works for me the pain last for bout 5 seconds only when I get up or sit or try to walk UGHHHH but I'm thinking Positive I just wished I could sleep on my side that's it
