My paperwork was submitted to the insurance company yesterday. I got my approval today!!!! I am so excited. I still have to get my A1C down to get cleared by my doctor, but as far as the insurance co goes, I am approved!!! I can finally see light at the end of the tunnel. First hurdle cleared, it's all on me now. I have seen my daily numbers looking much better in the last 2 weeks. I am halfway to a surgery date. HOORAY!!!!

Congrat's Miztialady that was amazingly fast!, I'm am also from Arizona but am having my surgery in Mexico with Dr. Rod, and Dr. Elmo probably in December, due to having an eroded band. I had that nasty thing out June 28th and am looking forward to Dec and a new me...Deb

I had a rep from the insurance company that I constantly stayed in touch with. She was probably ready to get rid of me.
