I have lost 60 pounds this Is the most weight I have ever lost. And I know it will be for good. I am down about 4 sizes in pants. My shirts are all to big. I don't want to buy to many things. I have boughten some things from goodwill. I feel so much better. Yesterday I did the elliptical machine for the first time. I actually liked it. Which is a first for me to like excersice.

I feel your pain with the clothes, I have people tell me all the time that I need to buy new clothes but they will just get too big again. Haha.

It will be three months on 7/10.

I have had about four stalls. Don't get discouraged. It wii come off.
