Hair Loss

I am one year post op and I am still losing hair. I didn't start losing it until I was about 7 mos out. I had a very thick head of hair and I at this point I am considering shopping for a wig. I have been on biotin and stayed steady on protein intake (60 grams) since just a few weeks postoperative. Have hd blood work and all looks fine. Most people I talk to are starting to get their hair back at one year and mine just keeps getting worse. Anybody like me out there? Would love some advice, words of encouragement!

I would try increasing protein to at least 80 to 100 grams. I hear you should try to get half your weight in grams. Are you taking vitamins & biotin? Mine started about 2 wks out and been steady. I keep praying it will stop soon.
