How To Break A Stall

I need help!!!!!!! I am a month post op, and have been at a stall for almost 2 weeks. What to do to break it......HELP

We've all had that around that same time. Just wait it out, it will break. You're not doing anything wrong. Your body just needs time to adjust.

Having a bout of no loss at your point is completely normal. You just wait it out.

There are stall-busters, but those are for "real" stalls. What you're going through is most likely just a glycogen cycle.

Look up "3 week stall". Should be more than enough info.
