Having Some Problems

Hey girls! I've been having a problem and really needed to see if it's just me or if it has happened to some of y'all. This is a bit tmi so heads up! :) the passed 3 times I've had sex I've been bleeding a ton afterwards. I've been to the doctor and he's not so worried about it because I have no pain. It's as if I'm having a really heavy period for about 10 minutes, enough to fill up an overnight pad, and then bam! It's done bleeding till the next time we have sex. No new positions no new anything. Doctor told me if it continues to go do an ultrasound but how long does it have to continue till I go do the ultrasound? Ugh :(

It may just be hormones. My PA told me that we needed to use condoms for several months after surgery because women's hormones can go nuts after surgery. I have a Mirena IUD and haven't had a period for years, but a few days after my surgery, I had the Mother of All Periods and they've been coming and going ever since.

When you say "doctor", do you mean your GYN? I'd make sure to talk to him/her as well as your bariatric doc.

Being a girl can be so much fun!

Just my regular physician. I do plan on making a trip to the gyn soon. Hopefully in the next week or so. :) see what they say. I have pcos so I'm not used to periods. Especially like this.
