I've heard several people mention these drinks on the forum before. What are they? I'm guessing this is something bigger cities have. But they sound yummy.

Smoothie king is a smoothie place around most areas and there's one near my job and wanted to get one on my way. Not sure what flavor it is or if I get to choose but I'm going to try it out. It's only 270 calories for a 32 ounce

I buy it in bulk and make it from home. when you buy the larger sized at the store all you are doing is adding empty calories. stick to the 20oz. size it is 45g of protein and 180 calories. Also if you have them make one from the store have them wash the fruit off (strawberries) since it is in a sugar syrup. they will gladly do it for you. smoothie king has been my savior. I now only use one scoop in my shake in the moring with skim milk, throw it in the kitchen ninja and enjoy a frozen mochachino everyday. hope you like them !!!

I have these once or twice a week to replace a meal. Get the gladiator and make sure you only get fruits that are real (not syrup). Their options are usually blackberry, strawberry, banana, raspberry, blueberry and a few others. I am a strawberry blackberry girl myself or strawberry banana after a workout only gets my potassium up.

Delish!
