Yogurt During Full Liquids

Hello VSG Family,

I am 6 days out and I restarted the full liquid today. I found a really great Greek Yogurt I enjoyed during my Pre-op diet, Fage' with the little fruit flavor contents but it has small/tiny chuncks of fruit. Any suggestions on yogurt choices I totally can't eat plain yogurt.

Sprinkle a little Crystal Light in plain nonfat Greek Yogurt. It really works. A little goes a long way.

Fage is great! It's my favorite :) my nut would say no bc of the fruit. U an buy the plain and use sugar free preserves in it. Should really have nothing with more the 7 g of sugar. I hope I go on full liquids tomorrow.

You could add some Torani Sugar Free syrups to the plain yogurt while in this stage. I also brought vanilla greek yogurt and ate that without any issues. My NUT told me that the carb/sugar content in the Greek Yogurt is okay as sugar/carbs in dairy is different than sugar/carbs in other food items.
