What I Should Be Intaking

I was sleeved 5/21. I was never really told what I should have in calories, carbs, and fats only protein. I have tried to find the facts but been unsuccessful. I know I could call the nutritionist and find out but I know there are some of you that have had great weight loss success so was hoping you could give me some suggestions.

    Oh okay yeah I am on solids I can eat anything that is suggested for the sleeve with no complications
