well, I dont go by any amount of messuring....I eat what my sleeve tells me to. I would just take it slow while eating it and stop when you are content. Everyones sleeve is different and fits a different amount of food. the surgeons are only able to change the width of our sleeves, not the length.....some people have long stomachs and some have short, that is why everyone can handle different amounts of food....as well as the bougie size that the doc used in the surgery.

just eat what feels right :)

That is about 4.5 oz if you are weighing only the fish, that is alto of protien...eat about half, and wait about an hour, at least, before eating the rest - in my opinion.
