SInce having surgery a few days ago I am frequently having leg, arm, head, foot jerks while falling asleep that jerks me awake. It happens every time I relax. Has anyone experienced this?

Maybe it is a side effect of the pain meds? I'm glad it goes away because it is was not a normal occurence prior to surgery!

I didn't have any pain meds post surgery. I would think its the anesthesia?
