I do a lot of protein shakes.... I have drank at times a half a cup of broth... the most filling a thing that I am doing is adding whey protein to the shake... don't get me wrong I have had an apple sauce an occasional sugar free pudding... a lot of times when I feel myself over doing it I will actually I did throw the item away or get it out of my face... I was 1 of those people who always ordered food in excess... I started this diet cold turkey and m paying dearly for it now...
