So Tired

4 weeks out, 38lb down. I'm so tired.. If I walk from the house to the parking lot I get a fluttery feeling in my chest, shallow breathing and I want to collapse. I know it's a lot to lose so fast on top of my splenic infarction. But when does this feeling end? I went grocery shopping for half an hour and I feel like I just ran a 5k ):

  • I noticed I felt more like myself at 5 weeks and at 8 weeks I'm feeling really good! Congrats on your weight loss!

It took me a couple of months to feel back to normal in terms of exhaustion. I hope you get your strength back soon!

I am 4 weeks out and lost the same amount. I was super lethargic first two weeks, but I gradually started adding in cardio and now I feel almost 100% and I workout everyday. I started with 10 minutes stationary bike and 10 minutes treadmill with incline and everyday I added a little more and now I am up to 45 min of cardio daily. I always eat protien first and drink my 2 protien shakes daily. I know everyone is different, but it will come around, just keep moving.
