First Outing

I was sleeved on may 29 and today I went to cheesecake factory. I had unsweetened passion fruit icetea with splenda, cracked, and sauteed spinach. Was only able to eat one cracked and 2 spoonful of spinach before feeling full......can't believe

This auto spell on my phone is a b***h. CRABCAKE

PErsonally you must have a very non-strict post op diet- I couldnt imagine eating a crab cake @ 3 months let alone 3 weeks- mostly fried and breading... but glad you got out and was able to test your sleeve... good luck!!

Crabcake was not very breaded at all and easy to go down.

I was at a meeting and stopped for lunch at the cheesecake factory. I had a shrimp dish with rice. I ate some of the shrimp and none of the rice. Probably 70-80% of the dish was left when I finished since the portions are so huge. The waiter asked me 3 times if I wanted a to go box, I declined since I was at a hotel.
