At hospital to get my pre testing done n I am NOT IN THE SYSTEM!!!!!! What the heck????? Can't pay for surgery, can't do labs, nothing! Thy called the drs. Office to have my info sent over n its been 40 minutes!! I have a sinking feeling going on that they forgot to schedule me now what if its too late for the third! Getting so upset right now!

hi there, i'm really sorry you are so upset. Its totally understandable.

Paperwork can be such a big orderal, such a terrible mess.

if you can, try and calm down, even though i know thats easier said than done.

Glad they called the dr. office - 40 + minutes waiting must seem like 40 hours.

Hopefully they will send the paperwork over ASAP/get you back in the system. Things will work out, promise.

Call your doc's office too - see what you can get.

Is there anyone nearby your doc's office that could drive by? Drop in and say to contact you ASAP (don't laugh I had a neighbor do that once )

Whew crisis aborted! I waited over an hour, which did feel like 40!, but had to leave to make another appt! I called when I got out and still no papers! I was calm yet freaking but finally at 3 (3 1/2 hours later) they got the papers and instantly put me in the system! Of course I had ate by then, so I go in tomm morining for my tests:)
