I'm in Ephrata, PA (Lancaster County) and having my sleeve on May 13, 2013 (three more days, finally!) with Dr. Brader of BMI of Lancaster. I went back and forth between Sleeve and RNY and am very pleased with my decision. I love Dr. B and his group (dieticians, exercise physiologist, insurance coordinator, support group, facebook group, etc). I have Highmark Blue Shield and only had a slight hiccup with the insurance. All of the clearances were scheduled through the BMI office and mostly painless. I can't wait to be permanently on the losers bench!

I am having surgery June 19th at Penn Presbyterian. Anyone else scheduled with a Penn surgeon?

What was your starting weight...how much have you lost so far?

I am tired of dealing with this run around. A certified mac tech installed this, and it does not work. The screen is barley lite, and flashing. The computer works fine on an extrenal monitor. Please deposit refund immediatly to my paypal, was paid, and provide a return address for shipping.

Congrats!

I am doing good. I had trouble getting in my liquids and got dehydrated twice, but seem to be doing better now. I have lost 53 pounds so far. My highest weight was 294. Surgery weight was 283. I am now 241. I had my 4 month post op last week and the only thing that was wrong was I have low vitamin A. I am taking lots of vitamin A now! I am losing hair...my advice to you is to get in as much protein as you can as soon as possible. It takes about 3 months for our hair to show that it didn't get enough protein. I am hoping this will end soon!

Feel free to ask me any questions you have!

Kathy
