Umbilical Hernia From Sleeve - Issues?

So when I had such terrible pain 2. Wks ago they did a ct and found an umbilical hernia, which I did not have before surgery. I'm guessing it happened because they didnt give me my tummy binder for over a week. Anyways - I'm 4 wks out and still not able to really eat anything- liquid or otherwise. I hover at 150-200cal a day. Research tells me some have problems getting anything down because of the hernia. Anyone else having similar issues?
