8 Weeks Out Progress

I am 8 weeks out tomorrow. I have lost 35 pounds. I started at 261 lost 20 pounds on pre- op diet and 15 pounds since being sleeved 4/10.

I am ready to throw the scale in the trash. I have lost several inches but the scale is not moving. Still eating my Protein and Water.

Any advise. I don't count my calories because I eat so few. I eat when I am hungry and eat only until I feel full. I eat protein first and then veggies, but after protein I don't have much room for veggies. An example would be....a whole can of tuna will last me an entire day. A Protein shake for Breakfast and chicken for dinner. Lots of water.

It sounds like you aren't eating enough calories and you body is in starvation mode. How is your exercise level?

you know if you dont eat enough calories your body assumes you are "starving" and you will not lose....you may need to eat more...

I am 5.5 weeks out and per my NUT i am to eat between 600 - 800 calories a day..... So i would agree, you are not eating enough....Use MyFitnessPal for everything... If it says 1/2 c of anything and you don't eat the 1/2 c.... Change the serving... From 1 to ? .5 (if you only ate 1/4 c).... it tracks everything: protein, carbs, calories, sugar...etc... Very helpful....

Add some food, good luck!
