Newbie Saying Hello...

Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. My name is Frank and I am now 4 weeks post-op. My surgeon was Dr. Singh and I had my surgery done at St. Agnes in Baltimore. I was at 330 pounds before the 2 week pre-surgery diet, during which I lost 15 pounds, and I've dropped another 25 since the surgery. :)

Congratulations Frank. I guess that makes you an official member of the 'losers bench'. Keep up the good work.

Congrats, Frank. It looks like you're on the right track. I bet it feels great to say goodbye to the 300s, doesn't it?

Welcome, and keep it up!

Thanks everyone.

Cheri, you are correct ...it felt great to go sub-300. I haven't seen a leading number less than "3" in a long time. :)
