You might want to google World According to Eggface. She has a bunch of recipes for protein ice cream that sound delicious. Certainly better for you than any other frozen treat.

I was addicted to McDonalds Frappes before my surgery. I ordered a small one a week or 2 ago, and it was terrible. The taste was so off to me. It even left an after taste in my mouth, My husband had a shake from a burger place by us and that too was just terrible to my taste buds. I've found that anything really with sugar doesnt have the same taste to me. I can only hope it stays that way:) I did find some TCBY ice creams at Wal Mart and they are pretty good. There's an ice cream sandwich one I found and one that tastes like an orangecicle. Still, I can only eat 1/4-1/2 of one, but it does satisfy a summer craving for me.
