How an I supposed to get all my calories in for MyFitnessPal if my goals showing 2070 per day n I've only had 250?? Does it not matter? Am I suppose to be drinking more? Help please :)

You can change your " goals" on fitness pal by clicking on goals and then change goals, then type in whatever goal you want for your calories.

What did your doctor tell you about pre-op goals? Some have calorie restrictions, others just have food-type restrictions.

If you weren't specified a certain calorie goal I wouldn't worry about it too much.

And yes, you can change the "goal" on MFP to anything.

Just clear liquids. The day is over so I won't worry anymore. :) thanks guys. I'll change MyFitnessPal tonight. No way I'm getting in the 2070 calories anymore lol
