Sleevester Since 05/14/12

Sleevester since 05/14/12 and I am so very happy i did this! Struggled woth weight my whole life and once I reached the age of 60 realized i needed more help to reach my weight goal. I am struggling with melancholy and still some pain. Worried about not keeping off the weight in the years to come. AnyOne else worried about that too?

I'm not worried about keeping the weight off in the years to come because I'm trying to instill new habits in my life with myself and my family. We are more active, and I plan to keep us that way. :)
