Guided Imagery

I was curious if any one was using guided imagery to help prepare for the surgery, and then post op for faster recovery?

Cleveland Clinic is encouraging their patients to use it to reduce bleeding during surgeries and faster recovery with less complications.

    It is meditation listening to calming music with or without directed Thoughts and suggestions.
