Hello fellow sleevers hope everyone is doing well. I'm finally losing weight on a regular basic and thought I would share. I'm three months out and the weight loss has been slow. I've been doing all the right things walking, getting protein and water in and eating right. For Mother's day I purchased my family a Y membership. Honestly it's the best thing I've done so far. There is such a variety of exercises available. The best thing has been the pool. The water aerobics and swimming has made a huge impact on toning and weight loss. I've taken water zumba and love it. My surgeon suggested swimming as the best exercise or anything in the water and I think he's right. I've had a steady weight loss so if you are able start swimming or water aerobics it's fun and it's easier on your body. Just thought I'd share.
