2.5 Weeks Post-Op

I'm in post op phase. On my! Can't believe already how far I've come. Only thing is I have moments where I'm tired and sleepy. Does anyone else have this problem?

It's very normal at this point. We just had major surgery. The stress of surgery on the body alone and the healing process can cause fatigue. Add to that the fact that most of us are only consuming 500-700 calories (if that) right after surgery, we definitely are tired and need our rest. If you're taking your vitamins & getting in your protein & fluids, things will continue to get better though!
