Feeling Crazy!

Ok... I am 2 weeks post-op today and have lost 20.5 lbs. The problem is, I feel like it's not falling off fast enough. I know it's because I am obsessed with watching YouTube updates and they seem automatic. Like I can click on one and it's a pre-op video and then immediately click on the next one and it's 8 months post-op and they've already lost 100 lbs. I know that I am crazy, but does anyone else feel like that???

I'm losing very slowly but being patient. Everyone is different.

You need to find a way to calm down & rejoice in the 20 lbs you have lost! I lost 12.6 on my pre-op diet & have lost 7.4 in a week after surgery. I'm down 20 lbs from 3 weeks ago and I haven't been under 260 in over 2 years even with diet & exercise! That is amazing to me and I'm cherishing every little bit I drop no matter how fast or slow it comes off, especially since I know it will slow down eventually! Rejoice in the success you've had so far and don't stress over what is still to come!
