Bad Taste...

Anyone else have a bad taste in their mouth?? No matter what I eat, drink or how much I brush my teeth I have this nasty taste in my mouth. Kinda metallicy.

Yes, that's normal. For me that taste started going away when I started on purees and now I'm on mushies and it is totally gone.

Do a search on Ketosis. Very popular topic. Acetone get secreted into mouth and throws everything off until you can get your carbs up.
