Weight Restrictions

When was your lifted, I'm almost 4 wks post OP. And I can't go any where unless someone comes with me because I can't lift my twins in there carriers do you think it's ok now. I'm going mad

I was approved to lift my 26 pound daughter a week after surgery. I was just told if you felt any discomfort, stop for a while. You should be ok. Just call your Dr and ask to make sure.

My doctor says it's normally 4-6 weeks, but he clears each person individually. Check with your surgeon.

Just wanted to say congrats on your twins! I have 7yr old twin girls & it is huge blessing. Try to enjoy it!
