I am at a soccer tour. And it's 90! I find myself gulping water and then getting a stomach ache! Am I going to cause a leak? I am 5 weeks post op. I am just so thirsty!!!! Advise

hey there. if you are going to get a leak then i am too. i have been so thirsty today as it is super hot out. i sometimes get a little belly ache if i swallow toomuch at once but if i pause after a few gulps i am ok... not sure if we are supposed to do this or not.

I'm only 19 days out, but I can take small gulps, about 3, then wait a few seconds before more gulps and I feel just fine.

Good question....Im also scared of any potential leaking from drinking too fast.
