When I hit my weight lose goal I plan to get the girls a make over. What does someone get done after losing 100 pounds? I just want B/C cup. What is the procedure called? Sorry I want to start researching and saving $$.

For just breasts? It would be a lift -- take what you have and make it perkier -- or an augmentation -- put in implants. Most people do a combination of the two. You would be surprised at how nice small saggy boobies can look with a good lift and no implant.

I am hoping for a good lift. Not really wanting implants. A purky B would be great.
