Calories

Just a quick question. I eat 3 to 4 times a day. But I'm sure that all together I'm only getting between 350 and 450 calories. Only on full liquids and almost a month out. If I got more calories in, could I lose faster? Of course I hit the infamous stall and just moved weight again.

At a month out I was at about the same as you. No more than 500. the NUT says to add calories after your body has enteted starvation mode and is holding onto the calories. I would talk to your NUT and decide what is best for you. I wouldn't add too many though because if you get to high to early you will keep going up and will be getting too many calories.
