So I am a member of a local gym, have been for a while, but never done anything with the membership!
Now I am sleeved, I have hope I will actually use the gym!
So when can I start working out & what should I do?
Thinking just starting out with the treadmill walking, or slowly on the elliptical? But didn't know when I can do all that?
I am 5 days post op now & feeling fantastic if that helps. Went walking 4 days post op, by the beach in Mexico. Had to walk down a bunch of steps, then up a bunch of steps & was no problem either!
