How Do U Avoid Hair Loss?

I naturally have thin hair but my scalp isn't visible. I know people who lost hair. Why? And hoe do u avoid hair loss?? Thanx!!

I was told to keep protein levels up 70 or more grams a day, keep iron and zinc levels up and you can use a shampoo called Nioxin. Also I have been taking biotin. My hair is thin also and I do not want to lose more.

I was told protein at least 80gms a day, take your bariatric vitamins and biotin.

I'm a year out. I've done all the requirements and talked to everyone on different forums. There is no way around hairloss. You can decrease it but you will still have hairloss. It will grow back tho! Keep on your bioten, protein and vitamins.
