Just got a call that I need a sleep study. Is this normal? What should I expect?

its a pretty simple process they will give you a machine that you will ware when you sleep. It is a bit uncrontable because you will have all of these wires and a nasal prongs you have to wear. YOu put it on a couple of hours before you go to bed so you can get used to it and then take it off in the am. Nothing to major
