  2. You do get scared but you have to keep in mind you are strong that is what I keep telling myself lol
  3. I am one year post op and I can tolerate most everything however I can eat all of the bad stuff that has all the bad calories in it. It is very tuff to stick to the plan when you can eat fast food and really pretty much anything you want. I have been at a stand still in weight loss since January and this scares me to death. I don't want to stretch my pouch out but I really am struggling with everything. What are some things you all do to keep the cravings down. and what do you do when you have them. I didn't get fat by having self control and now I still don't have any. Any help would be great.
  4. That is the problem I think I really never had a program to follow was on my own so not sure what to do.
  5. I am just a year out from my bypass and I can eat whatever I want just in smaller position and this scares me so much. I been counting calories and even tho I can't each as much I still can eat a ton of calories. I have been at a plateau for about three months now. I need some help on how to get back on track.

  7. I have not been working out I am just not motivited sometimes. What part of Colorado are you in? I have had some emotional stuff going on with all the weight loss and the different attention that it brings. I am starting to see a counselor to see if that will help. I started out at 334 pounds and now at 250. if you would like maybe can exchange numbers. I am Sarah
  8. I am but I don't use it much I should. I had my surgery Jan 21 2014 so I am one year out and kinda at a stall but I have lost 87 pounds. How are you?

  10. I was lucky I only had one day of liquids however I had my gastric bypass Jan 2014 and went from 120 units down to 45 units currently the best thing is to montier montier montier
  11. I was about 2 weeks out and I was hungry I said it was head hunger most. I am not 10 months out and I get hungry my tummy will tell me HEY I NEED TO EAT !!!!. I do seem to still get hungry and I think that I am starving but I try not to eat. The one thing that I am finding that in the afternoons I want to munch on chips or something salty. I am having a tuff time with Protein and it not hurting my pouch so I am not sure where to go or how to get it all in.

  13. Hi Cindy I am in Denver area as well. I had my bypass on January 21 2014 and I have lost 79 pounds. I feel great but at a point that I can eat much more than I think I should and struggling with that. I would love to answer an questions that you have and wish you luck in your journy. I am looking for a pal that I can talk to too help thru these ruff Patches that I am having
