Dumping...

Sucks! In a moment of weakness I had a Swiss cake roll... I was never big on sweets or junk food pre-op, my issue was portion control. I didn't think it would be a big deal - guess that's what I get for thinking...

I experienced this for the first time last night or at least I think it was dumping. I added a tablespoon of superfood powder-its a highly concentrated powder of 24 fruits and veggies-to my juice and within 10 minutes of drinking it I was in the bathroom with cramping and diareah. Was this what you experienced?

This doesn't happen to sleevers as often as bypass people but it is caused by to much high glycemic food (to many carbohydrates) also can have shakiness, palpitaitons, fatique and light headedness. Take care!
