I was told that on the day I meet for my surgery consult, I will have to take a 3 hr class. Whatever do they teach in 3 hours the week before surgery?

I had my pre-op class last week. She was talking about pre-op diet and vitamin supplements. Protein supplement and exercise . Lab works and blood clot prevention.

I wish my class on thursdaybwas just for sleevers. I just know a lot of it will be about bypass. The band people get their own class. Why cant we.

I have to go next Monday from 11:00 to 4:00 with NUT both group and individual. I was told we will be going over pre-op diet, post op diet, some basic nutritional training, individual diet planning and goals, and help choosing the foods at the facility store to get me through next few weeks.
