they made me walk every 2 hours.

Going to the doctors tomorrow to meet with the surgeon, I'm very nervous. I have a feeling to just want to eat my favorite foods one more time!!!! I have been doing a lot of walking to fight off the feeling that I'm gonna starve the rest of my life!

My husband has been very supported as well. He has gone to all of the doctors appointments. He has also been going for walks with me every evening. He has really surprised me! -
I had my pre-op class last week. She was talking about pre-op diet and vitamin supplements. Protein supplement and exercise . Lab works and blood clot prevention.
