Kenni, where did you get that list? Most of those "snacks" would constitute an entire meal for me at this point, and I'll be 8 months tomorrow. I wasn't allowed apples or strawberries until six months. Is this list aimed more at VSG patients who are farther out?

As a matter of fact, a mini babybel cheese is usually a snack for me all by itself.

@ Lissa my doctor gave me this list in binder I can only eat 1 1/2 mini light babybel when I went to talk to the NUT they said if can't eat example 1 pure protien bar + 1 banana try to eat protien first and like then in a later snack ill eat 1/2 the banana but I'm lime I can't get all at the sametime
