Gross Topic

Have been out of the hospital for 3 days now and the day I was released I had a normal colored bowel movement. Since then all have been clear and snotty looking. Anyone have the same and is it normal?

Completely normal. It will change as your stages move forward. Once you move to full liquids it will normalize and the same for mushy stage.

Yep normal and will smell horrible as you add liquid proteins. All normal :)

Just be glad that you're going! LOL My surgery was the 16th and I didn't go for 9 days!!! I didn't feel bad physically but it was definitely NOT normal for me. I had to take Milk of Magnesium and really struggle to get it out of me. I'm still not as regular as I would like to be but I"m just glad that I'm going now....

Remember liquid in, liquid out. It's not going to be "normal" until you get to the mushie stage.
