Dumping Question

So, I am almost 3 weeks out and this is my second time I have had the case of the "dumps". The first time was because I had no sugar added fudgicles but this time I havr no idea why. my food today so far has been water, scrambled egg with cheese, 2oz. fresh grouper, protein drink and a no suagr added luigi's italian ice (1g sugar) I have all these foods before. the only thing new today was I started taking my b-12. any help would be appreciated. dumping is NO fun
