Sore Boobies

My breasts feel sore. I'm not pregnant or close to TOM. Anyone else feel this way?

    Did you do a lot of chest exercises? I know after using weights, my breasts are sore. Is losing weight a factor as well? Not sure how it would be, but it could I happen, I suppose.

    Have you been doing a lot of running or jumping? How much support are you getting from your bra? I hate the way sports bras make me look, but they keep the girls from bouncing around and getting sore.
