after surgery what form of medicine is best? Can you take the soft gel pills or is it best to stick with regular pills or capsules? If you get sick and need antibiotics can you still take the pills or do you need to take liquid form? I didn't know if the medicine is flushed through our sleeves too fast to disolve in the form of pills or capsules vs. chewable or liquid medicines.

I took chewable vitamins, sublingual b-12 and used liquid tylenol when I needed pain meds. I did have to take antibiotics about six weeks out, but I just broke the pill in half and had no problems with it.
