Have Acid Reflux? Especially Gagging Type When Lying Down?

HI, I have found that when I cannot sleep because of acid reflux and I am coughing and gagging that if I suck on a Halls cough drop, it all goes away!

Hope this helps some of you!p

I've never thought of using those before. It kinda makes sense though. I know with babies that have reflux are often encouraged to use pacifiers because the sucking helps keep the acid level lower (it forces you to swallow more frequently).

Thanks for the tip!
