Frozen blueberries, sugar free vanilla Ice Cream, 2% milk, Protein powder, Dash of Slenda!

Was absolutely delish!!!

    Sounds delicious :) Did you use a flavored Protein or an unflavored one? I just bought an unflavored Protein Powder and i'm looking forward to adding it things so I don't have to have a Protein shake every day. I also wish that I would be allowed to have shakes like these... unfortunately my surgeon's plan so no carbs and I promised myself I would be mostly good until the year mark lol. Though I have had treats every now and then.

    I used the kiwi flavored protein..but it blended right in! :)
