I have a list of medical problems but the toughest is myasthenia gravis. Does anyone else here have a muscle disease? I'm looking for a buddy who has similar problems that I can discuss excercise with.

Excercise is very hard but once the weight starts coming of,,it does get easier. I'm looking for different excercises besides walking and swimming,,if anyone has any ideas.
