Mixed Feelings

I had surgery on 02/16/12 and as of today I'm down a whopping 34 lbs. A Yeah! I started at 295 and I'm down to 261 (10 lbs preop) well anyway I noticed that I've been on a stall for the last week

:-( also my Dr hasn't cleared me for any real exercise yet. My surgery went great no real pain no meds to take home afterwards so I've been blessed. I went back too work 4 days after surgery (stayed in the hospital 2 days). I'm thinking I should start an exercise routine. Any suggestions?

I had surgery on 2/27/12 and my incisions are healed, and I started water arobics yesterday. The water keeps you boyant so there is no real strain on your belly and incisions.

Please listen to your doctor. The last thing you want is to have troubles. If you really want to ex erode, walk. Walk everywhere. It'll give you some cardio without too much strain. But listen to your doctor.

Walk Walk Walk just like fern said. Also follow your diet. In 6 to 7 months you will be 100 pounds lighter!

I haven't been sleeved yet, but I cam tell you from experience don't push yourself too fast. It can cause other problems. I didn't listen to my Dr. After my hysterectomy because I felt Good and ended up with an incisional hernia. Not good! I had to have another surgery soon after to fix that. Please be careful. Good luck.

Congrats!!!
